The UX Design process and the 5 elements of UX Design

Source

UX design is the process design teams use to create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. Which involves enhancing  the user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and comfort of the product. A user is any person who uses a product. However, It’s generally accepted that the  End-user experiences (UX) define the brand and end-users are determinants of value that brands deliver to their customers.  A End User-centered design process , prioritizes the end user ” user-centered design”  by thinking about the problem from the end users experience and solving problems that people actual experience

Now that you’ve learned about the users, end users, user experience, its time to turn an idea into a working product.

The five elements of UX design is a framework of five elements, UX designers integrate into their work process in order to to turn an idea into a working product,  The five elements are: strategy, scope, structure, skeleton, and surface. …

  • SURFACE, which is the top level of the user experience. The surface is how the product=looks to the user.
  • SKELETON which you can think of as the layout. Similar to how the layout of our bones shape our skin, this layer helps detail how the design works, but just like our bones, the user won’t see these inner workings.
  • STRUCTURE  Where we figure out how to organize our design and how the user will interact with them
  • SCOPE,  This is where we determine what we’re building. We’ll decide on the features and content that will be included in the product.
  • STRATEGY, This is where we begin and where we define the user’s needs and business objectives.
