Think “IM Bossy” before starting your next online business

When you come across a new online business idea, the lack of information and data are rarely the problem. In fact, the opposite is true. There is too much general information and serving what purpose to your task at hand. People shouldn’t lose their way in the fog of data. As a result, never being able to master these experiences, and over time never developing greater self-efficacy are just some of the unnecessary consequences of too much data and very little interest.

I developed an 7 step process of questions and directives. It is under the acronym IM BOSSY : So start with number 1 then answer number 2 and if you answer Yes, then proceed. That’s an order. Good luck.

  1. Interested in the idea, does it fit you?
  2. Motivated enough to make meaningful progress and reach your goal? If Yes, then proceed and
  3. Believe in your capacity to execute the job!
  4. Organize a general business plan and a purpose
  5. Search the Industry
  6. Settle on a target audience. You can’t sell to everybody
  7. You make sure that you are solving problems the right way
